With FlowWorks there are no contracts to sign so cancelling is easy. Simply reach us by submitting a Support ticket. In your request, include the specific Sites to be cancelled.
You will be given a fixed period in which to download your data before your subscription is cancelled and your online access is ended.
Please note that sites are billed on the basis of access during any point in the month. Canceling a site at the first of the month incurs the same monthly cost as canceling the site at the end of the month. Please see FlowWorks' Terms of Service for more information.
