Graphing to work in other browsers other than IE

Currently, graphing only works in IE due to the need for ActiveX. It would be nice to use HTML 5 or similar to allow browsing over multiple browsers.

HTML 5 graphing has been released. Currently, if you attempt to graph in IE, you will be directed to the existing graphing (more features), but if you attempt to graph is something other than IE, you will be directed to the new graphing.

In the coming months, the advances functions in the old graphing will start to appear in the new graphing as they are developed.
