Organizing Sites into Folders

Whether you have just a few or many Sites, organizing them can help de-clutter your Site Explorer and make referencing the Site you need quick and easy.

With the Site Organizer, you can arrange Sites into collapsible folders. In the image below, Sites have been categorized based on the country that the Site resides in - Canada or US. This is just one example of how Sites can be organized; deciding on a methodology for Site organization is completely up to you, we just recommend that you keep it simple!

If you have a large number of Site and need a quick way to get started, one option is to have your Sites auto-arranged into folders based on FlowWorks' databases. This is the same Site arrangement as seen in the Site Explorer in Graphing - which is organizationally different than the Site arrangement found in Map View.

Note: Only those Sites that are fully set up and visible in your Site Explorer can be organized.

If you need to create new Sites, you must submit a new Site Setup Form.

If you already submitted a Site Setup Form and your Sites are still not visible in the Site Explorer, perhaps your Sites are still in the process of being set up. Please contact FlowWorks Support for details.
